WOW! It’s been 8 months since I’ve written on my blog. A loooot has happened in my life in these past 8 months. As you can tell from the title, I’ve gotten a new job since the last time I posted (woot!), I’ve picked up some wearables in the name of Fitbit and Motorola (reviews up soon), and I have been playing a bunch of new PC games (The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Payday 2, and The Forest to name a few).

The main thing I want to focus in this is just a general life update. I will of course be putting reviews up of the wearables and the many games I have been playing, but that will be soon. Continue reading My Life: New job, wearables and games galore!

I meant to write a post about Dark Souls II’s predecessor Dark Souls (more specifically, Steam’s Prepare to Die edition) but never finished my thoughts on how the game will make you rage over and over and over. Guess what, that hasn’t changed. For people that don’t know the game series began back with Demon’s Souls. It is an action role-playing hack and slash that is insanely difficult. So much that in Dark Souls II, there is an achievement for the first time you die, because it will simply become that normal of an occurrence. Last week was hectic between me working 40 hours over 4 days, then graduating, then having a nice weekend getaway from the city, but I’m back and at ’em. In the news over the past few days, the Internet mogul Google has been on the move to acquire Twitch.tv, the most popular game streaming website.
